Non-Marketo Activity Date in Salesforce

Hello World!Has anyone created a Non-Marketo Activity Date field in salesforce to track all non-marketo activities? Ive noticed its hard to track sales activities last performed on a lead when the last activity date gets updated by Marketo campaigns. Appreciate any suggestions!Sincerely,Brendan

I created a field to stamp the first follow-up activity (e.g. call task) in Salesforce. But this needs a formula field and some SF coding knowledge. There is no ootb solution for this.
