No lead activity is recorded yet marketing suspended.

Hi,

I don't see any activity recorded for a contact who is marketing suspended.

Neither the email address is hard bounced/ soft bounced/ do not market(true) or any change data flow step is recorded.

Please suggest a possibility to find why this contact is marketing suspended.

I have gone through many posts from the community but couldn't find any answer to this.

If the log does not show a CDV for Marketing Suspended, there are a few considerations:

  • Marketing Suspended is an optional field, the System does not affect it, so only a Person or Flow or Upload or API could cause it to become TRUE.
  • The action happened a long time ago and now that entry is gone.
  • Untrusted import updated it and did not cause a CDV log entry.
  • Does it matter? You can always remove the value.
