New values don't appear in a form

Hello,

I have added some new values for a field in one of my form. After approving both, the form and the landing page, I don't see the new values in the form on the live page. I have try to empty my cache. Has anyone had this problem before ? Any solutions ? Thank you!

No, never seen this.

Pls send the URL of the page and provide a couple of screen shots

This has happened to me a few times, typically clearing the cache and closing out the browser would do the trick.
