New Service Integration Issue

Hi,

I am trying to follow the steps to add a new service to my MKTO instance as indicated here: Add GoToWebinar as a LaunchPoint Service - Marketo Docs - Product Docs  and here: Add WebEX as a LaunchPoint Service - Marketo Docs - Product Docs.

However, once I get to the step to add a Service, only one service appears for Facebook Audiences:

I believe this issue is related to another issue posted here: gotowebinar integration issue

However we have reached out to our partner rep , technical account manager, customer account manager and their boss with no luck. Would anyone here know if it is a Partner Benefit thing, subscription thing, or something else?

For reference we are a Silver Partner and the Subscription Type is Base.

@Cheryl Chavez​ I have seen you answered the similar question in the past. We have had this post up a few days, and have had a support ticket open for over a week. I am hoping you can help, was not expecting an answer to take this long and it is becoming a time sensitive issue. Thank you!

Hi Nate,

I'm guessing that the Event capability was not provisioned properly for your account.  Can you tell me if you  see the Event Program when you select "New Program."

Thanks for replying so quickly Cheryl! I do not see Event Program at all.
