New Object New Tokens

I synced over a new custom object last night, tied to the lead, but can't find the tokens for them. Am I supposed to create them or pull them in somehow?

I want to populate an email alert pulling from fields like phone and email on the new custom object.

    Nooo. I wish this was hyperlinked somewhere on here. So it would have been on my radar to do last night. So, checking the trigger column will allow me to use tokens for those fields on that object?
