New "Mkto Lead Score" custom SFDC field after installing MSI

Hi all,

I just installed MSI in SFDC this week and I noticed it created a new custom field called Mkto Lead Score (CRM Field Map: mkto_si__Mkto_Lead_Score__c (SFDC Contact). In Marketo admin it says the field isn't used by anything. Does anyone have an idea of why this field was created? I'm a bit worried that it didn't find the standard Person Score field.
