Under the marketing activities there is a new leads comparason for the last 3 months on a daily bassis. I wanted to find a way to see what our growth has been for the last year. Does anyone know how I can acces that information or build it?

Do you mean the chart that appears when you click on Marketing Activities top level?

You could try a smart list with Lead Created between X and Y.
