New Email Send Program

I just started playing around with the functionality of the new Email Send Program.  I sent an email to myself and noticed that it created interesting moments for me opening and clicking the email.  Is it supposed to do this.  I thought that we controlled the interesting moments in the flow steps of a smart campaign if we wanted this fuctionality int he email send program.  Also any idea when the video will be released from the All You Can Learn Event on the email program?

Also would you happen to know if under summary, where the engagement image is, if engagement is what we set the success of the program to be.  In this case, it says 100 Engagement because the success of the program is set to click link?
