Need to Link a Token on a Image to launch a Video Url

Hi,

Here is what I want to achieve

I have a customized video for each recipient and which is coming through a Token. and I need to get a thumbnail picture to show up in email, and click on that Thumbnail should trigger the customized video.

See below ( I have tried to put a thumbnail, but not able to link it to a video url)

I have the token which is a personalized Video URL 

I have the Image of a person. 

Need to link that image to the Token?
