need to create a token - need help

Hello,

We have noticed in our instance of Marketo that there are records that are missing Acquisition program. we are able to fill in the acquisition program using our lead source detail field. Our lead source detail field contains the program name. 

is there a way create a token in Marketo for this lead source so that we can run smart campaigns to fill in the acquisition programs? 

What would the token look like?

You do not need another token here, you already have {{lead.lead source}}

Have you tried using a change data value flow step in a smart campaign and update the field named "acquisition program"?

Use the token above as the new value:

That should work.
