Hello,

Would like to pull some reports on my lead nurturing programs in order to measure effectiveness for 2015 (YTD).

More specifically would like to find answers to below listed questions:

    a. How many were in the lead nurture 1/1/15?

     b.  How many added?

     c.  How many removed?

     d.  How many converted to a PQL? and how?

Looking in analytics tab now.  Will the Engagement Stream Performance Report help?Just looking for a good place to start.

Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks! Tom

Hi Tom,

Engagement Stream Performance Report just tells you the email performance numbers, in addition to a engagement score. You'll need to manually look at leads (using a smart list) added/removed to nurture with the constraint - date of activity 1/1/15.

However, member of engagement program is a point-in-time metric, we don't have any report on to look at members in a program on a specific date.

Hope this helps!

I recommend setting up some lists and changing the statuses to help:

  • Entry - who entered and when. You can see this by adding to a Static List on moving them to a Stream. You can also see the stream count on the Summary Tab.
  • Exits - Do not kick out leads. Add them to an Empty Stream when the lead reaches your goal or should stop. This way you can can see the total Exits. Also you can add them to a list too to see comparison between Entered and Exited in several places.
