My Marketo Form Redirects to the Wrong URL

When users submit their information using my form, they should be redirected to a specific URL that's listed in my form settings. However, they're bring redirected to another website. Not sure how to fix that. The URL is correct in the form settings but not when the user fills out the form.

Can you check the Form Settings and then the Page Form Settings. You can override the Form's default redirect on the page itself.
