My folder has a lock on it

How did my folder get locked and how do I unlock it?



The folder contains e-mail templates I created and I can't edit them now. I even have admin rights.

Just got this response from a support ticket:

"The lock on a folder means that the folder is shared from another Workspace. Since these items belong to another Workspace you are not able to edit these assets. You will need to Clone them, then edit the clones.

So in other words, I just had to go to the workspace of origin and update the templates in that folder, which is being shared.

I've never seen this... did you go into the roles and make sure that under the admin role all of the 25 (or so) sub-abilities were checked? Maybe put in a ticket to support?
