My email program has been stuck in "delivering" for 10 days

Hi all,

I'm sorry if this might have been discussed in another thread, but I couldn't find it if so. I'm a beginner Marketo user. I sent a newsletter out on June 4, and it still shows that it's "delivering". These are customers of ours and I've sent this newsletter to the same audience with no issue before, but this time, hardly any were delivered and the program is stuck. Any suggestions on what went wrong or how to fix? Thanks much if you have ideas or feedback!

First thing I would do is contact support and open a case with them.

Hi Devin,

Did you have any other email programs go out the same week? Were your communication limits hit?

It could possibly be that your customers have been flagged as marketing suspended if you hit the limits, and in that case, I believe the program will stay in "delivering" until the emails get delivered, maybe?
