Multiple Programs to One SFDC Campaign Sync

I am trying to find best practices around setting up a complex campaign in Marketo with multiple child programs nested in an overarching program. Right now we can handle tracking multiple progression statuses and emails, but also wish to sync these programs as one campaign into SFDC. For example: Event Program ABC with 3 nested email programs of Pre-Event, Reminder, Post-Event emails all showing up as Event ABC in SFDC.

Currently the SFDC sync prompts are not allowing us to set everything to one SFDC campaign. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

You can only do this if you do NOT sync the Program to the SFDC Campaign. You can then use the regular flow step Add to SFDC campaign.

Thanks Josh, I'm assuming its simply to create a smart campaign (no flow action on email programs) for smart list: member of program to flow: add to SFDC campaign?

You could create a Parent Program type in Marketo, and pass the information to that one from the three child programs, depending on what you're looking to report on.
