Multiple Leads from Site under Same Email Address

Last month we had multiple leads fill out the Request a Quote form on our website...but many of them are attached to the same email address, even though they're associated with different companies. There's nothing on the side of our connector that justifies this bug, so what could be happening on the Marketo side?

Is this a Marketo form? I’m guessing not, from your phrasing. What “connector”?

Yes, it is a Marketo form. The "connector" in this case is the interface

that syncs Marketo with our CRM system.

Well, a Marketo form will dedupe on Email Address upon submission* unless you have a compound dedupe key set up by Support.

What are the timestamps of the Filled Out Form activities?

* except for the rare case of many submissions in the same short timeframe
