Multiple Lead Sources Best Practice
I was curious about the communities best practices/insights on how I might handle tracking and reporting multiple lead sources.
For example: a lead comes in from Lead Source A in 2015, the lead never pans out (and never become an opportunity). Then the same lead comes back into our system in 2017 from Lead Source B. Lead Source A is still the main lead source despite it having fizzled out and coming back in fresh from Lead Source B.
Would it be good/bad to scrap the original lead source if they come in from a new lead source after say 90 days?
