Multiple form submissions with different data (was: Forms)

Hello,

I need a help of the specialist of Marketo. 

We have different forums of Marketo to treat our leads.

For exemple, one form for validate lead and another to add a mission information before it can be send to CRM.

Today, I have had an anomaly. I filled out one form and than I opened another form to add a mission information. In result, the information which was send by Webhook to our CRM represented the mix of information from the first form and the seconde.

When I analyse Activity Log of person I see that there are information which was added from another form.

 

How is it possible ?

I think that two forms were opened on my laptop in the same time.

Can it be the problem ?

Hi Daria,

 

When you submit a Marketo form that has a certain field, as long as updates are not blocked in Field Management, the value is overwritten with the newest value.

 

If updates are blocked, then the field keeps its original value.

 

In both cases, Marketo doesn't maintain multiple values for the field at the same point in time. The details of the Filled Out Form  activity will reflect the different sets of values submitted by the end user, but the underlying field only has one value at a time.
