Multiple Email Preferences/Unsubscribe Pages

Not sure if I am wording this correctly, but I am wondering if you can have multiple email preferences/unsubscribe pages for different types of emails going to different business entities.

I ask because we would like to give unsubscribers the option to opt out of certain content versus all if they choose, but not all our different types of emails go to our entire subscriber base, if that makes any sense.

Yes this can be done.  You'd have to create a few different fields that correspond to the different email type options.  Add these to the unsubscribe page for individuals to update their preferences.  In your smart list reference these fields to call only those that subscribed to those particular feeds.
