Multiple Contact Names in Email Copy

We are trying to create an email, but having difficulities wrapping our heads around how to list multiple individuals in the body copy and putting it in a table format. For example, the copy would say something like this: "We note that these colleagues from COMPANY NAME have registered to attend:
Full name Title
 Full name Title
 Full name Title
 Full name Title

Has anyone done somthing like this and how did you get the list of name to populate in the copy without having to do it manually?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

The simple answer is its not possible in a standard configuration.  When the tokens are merged into a piece of content for an individual then it can only pull from one lead/contact record.  If you have a contact then you can read from an account as one common area but you would have to have a number of fields pre-populated by some other mechanism. In general there is no way to cross the company/account record.

There are any number of custom solutions but all will require some level of SF and/or Marketo coding to make it happen.

Sorry couldn't be of more help but you have run into a Marketo limitation on its data architecture.

Cheers,
Eric
