Multiple Accounts with Single Contact?

1. Is it possible to maintain one contact with multiple accounts in Marketo?

2. By chance of use custom object instead of standard multiple Account functionality in SFDC, after integration what are the disadvantages will occur in Marketo?

3. If maintaining contact/lead in multiple workspace(which has different sources of account) in marketo, what are consequences faced?
