Hi, I hope you can help. How would i create a different unsubscribe page in French, German & Spanish please?

For localizing the form portion, you'll stay a lot saner using a method like I describe in https://nation.marketo.com/message/93898#jive-640352372690981220176, which allows you to have only one form with switchable language labels.
