MSI functionality to match engagement program functionality

Hi,

It would be fantastic if an email I sent through Marketo to a portion of my database could then be published to MSI and when sales sends the email, Marketo would know to skip anyone that had already received that email - similiar to how Marketo won't send an email to an engagement program member if they already received that email. 

For example: we do a yearly calendar and while I've targeted 8,000 folks with an email invite to request a calendar, I'd like sales to be able to do outreach as well. we have limited calendars and 400k+ leads so it's tough to know who should be or has been contacted.
