MSI for Dynamics- Lead/RSS Feed, Best Bets, Watch List, etc.

Hi,

Any Microsoft Dynamics CRM users out there using Marketo Sales Insights features; Lead/RSS Feed, Best Bets, Watch List, etc.??

The product docs are not always completely clear if certain MSI features are exclusive to SFDC or just the example CRM of choice. I also see conflicting community discussions regarding MSI functionality in Dynamics.

Thanks,

Sean

Sean - we just use the MSI iframe that's included on both the lead/contact records.  Specifically:

We also include a history of Interesting Moments and Web Site activity in our MQL alerts for sales and marketing.

There is definitely some functionality that is missing on the MSD version of MSI from the SFDC version.

Thanks Dan, very helpful to see how view from MSD is working for you.

Did you have any trouble getting priority flames and stars indicators displaying appropriately in MSD?

When you say "history of Interesting Moments and Web Site activity" in MQL alerts...do you mean using the last interesting moment token or have you configured a way to pull a more extensive list in to the alert?
