MSI Best Bets: What happens when they are not sales ready?

Hi All:

When a sales rep is in MSI they have a list of best bets. Say they call on one and they are not sales ready because they have no budget.  So the sales rep ads them to the No Budget Campaign via MSI Add to Campaign Feature. 

1)  Will that lead still be a best bet?

2)  How can I remove that lead from Best Bet until they are fully nurtured?  And then send them back to sales again once they are sales ready again.

you can lower their score when they trigger the nurture campaign. That should take them out of the list or at least put them lower.
