MS Dynamics custom entities: display in Person Details view ?

Hello,

Is it possible to display the MS Dynamics custom entities in the Person Details view of Marketo ?

If yes, could someone explain how? Because we have synched a custom MSD entity but it does not show in the person detail view.

Select your Dynamics Entities you want to sync here:

Then select the fields you want to sync:

These will then appear in the "MS Custom Fields" tab. Although just be aware that Marketo has still not made it possible to provide many of the "friendly" field values/names and instead just provides the GUID. Something we've been waiting for for years.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for your answer. I have Synched the MS entity as per your instructions, but I do not see the 'MS Custom Fields' tab you are talking about.

Do you know what may be the problem?

Vincent, I'm referring to the tab in the Activity Log - do you see this in your environment?

I have the same issue. These fields are available to be used as a filter or trigger. All the synced Dynamics Entity fields get available as constraints. The data itself however is not available to be viewed. No trace in the Microsoft Custom Fields tab.

No. And I don't think you'll ever be able to see the content of a Dynamics object in Marketo. As you won't for a Salesforce object btw.
