MS Dynamic Field not syncing with Marketo

Hi,

We have field in Dyamics which is visible in Marketo also. When we are updating the value in field from Marketo then the data is syncing with Dyanmic also but when we are updating the value in CRM then its not showing the updated data in Marketo.
