Moving leads accross workspaces

Hi,

We are planning to create lead partitions for worldwide regions and we will be sharing individual workspace access with the respective regional managers. Each workspace will have one lead partition (with leads for that region/country only).
We want to make sure that when the managers upload lists to their respective workspaces, the country/region should be same as intended. e.g. for Australia workspace in case a manager uploads leads with country="china" the leads should be moved to default lead partition, only Australia leads should be uploaded in Australia workspace.

Please help me achieve this.

The leads could loaded into Global workspace and routed to respective partitions by a triggered campaign.

Leads loaded drectly into a specific workspace may exist elsewhere. There is a risk of duplicates depending how the process is implemented or worse, the false impression leads are "disappearing" when they are loaded because they just update the record on a different partition.

I would reading the complete documentation to understand the interactions between workspaces and partitions.
It is safer to invest time to get it right first than reverting a bad setup later.
