Moving from SFDC web to lead to MKTO form with SFDC sync

We want to change the SFDC WebToLead function to MKTO form.

We Build the form and sending to MKTO via a Soap Call

The issue we have is when we sync the lead to SFDC.

How can i get the Inqurie in a log in SFDC. So if i do 3-4 Inquries the SFDC guys need to see what different Question i ask in the Past and what is the newest one.

Right now we just overwrite the same field.

First solution where you sync the Actities to SFDC: But this only give the Template Tekst and no Merge tags. So not the ideal solution.

Does anyone have any expiries above?

Not sure exactly what the ask is here, but it sounds like a Salesforce workflow that appends the questions into one field might do the trick?

Hi Charlie.

my SFDC expirence is limited. Right now i did a solution to create a SFDC Task where the message form the USER is stored. But think if there is any better solution to keep log what Inquries you get when you remove the WebtoLead
