Moving away from Workspaces and Lead Partitions

Hi - Have any of you been in situations wherein your Marketo was setup with Workspaces and Lead Partitions, and you moved away from using Workspaces and Lead Partitions because of a variety of reasons? Any issues you ran into while trying to not use Workspaces, that was working better when you did have Workspaces/Lead Partitions?

Hi Kashmira,
We have Workspaces and Lead Partitions by Geography, and I'm thinking of going away from this and utilizing Segments. I'm interested to hear what others have done as well.

I am also interested to hear how people have accomplished this. I need to move away from Lead Partitions and use our Segmentation also.
