The way the preheader setting is hidden behind the Email Settings menu makes it way too easy to forget to enable and/or change the preheader text. It would be very helpful if it was displayed along with the email header settings at the top of the email editor, i.e. with the from address, subject line…

    You can also make it a token which will make it a lot easier to remember to fill in!

    That's a great idea Christina but, if you create a new email from a template instead of cloning, you would still have to remember to go in and check the box to enable the preheader. Or is there something I'm missing?

    Good point, that will only work with an existing template. What I recommend to my users is not to create a new email, they should clone an existing one.
