Motionmail Timer Doesnt Work

Hi,

Could someone please tell me if there is a way to get a motionmail countdown timer to work in Marketo.

I have created the timer and when I put the gif into the Rich Text Editor it works however when I preview it or send a sample it is not showing.

Did you try a live test to just your email address?

Marketo preview and samples tend to not run certain codes, so I wouldn't rely on that for a special item like this.

Bear in mind that GIF-based "timers" cannot work in Outlook (even with images enabled).

In Preview, what do you see: nothing, or the first frame?

Hi,

I tried this in a number of clients and it still didnt work. I also noticed that Aer Lingus had sent me an email for a recent flight that I had and it contained a timer. It was also in outlook. I wonder what they used for this.
