More information on the Marketo Wait Step

Hey Marketing Central,

I was wondering if someone could help me understand the advanced wait step functions for use in the flow step. Currently I have a trigger set up that is to fire a reminder 1 hour upon being triggered, but I don't want it to fire if it is not during standard working hours.

I stumbled on this documentation from Marketo, but it is a bit vague. I wanted to make sure that this logic will still send the reminder emails during regular working hours (7:00am - 5:00pm, Mon-Fri). Any knowledge or advice on this topic is helpful - thanks!

Hi Jared, not really. What I would recommend for is two campaigns, and they'll be triggered by a time stamped (and maybe also a day stamped) field. Justin's blog here Marketo Time-Based Logic for Emails, Lead Routing, and More! outlines what you need to do to properly set this up.
