Monthly Email Frequency Analysis

Is there a way to see how many people received 1 email from us in a specific month, how many people received 2 emails, 3 emails, etc...? Trying to find the best way to do this.

Right now I have created Smart Lists with 'Was Sent Email' with a date of activity, and min. number of times set to 1, 2, 3, etc. but I want to see how many people received only one email, or only 2 emails, not a minimum of 1 or a minimum of 2. Then I want to compare how many received one vs. two vs. three, etc.

    Nina, I *believe* you could combine a "Not Was Sent Email" filter in conjunction with this.

    So,

    Was Sent Email, Min Times =1
    Not Was Sent Email, Min Times = 2

    Would get you only those people who received one email in a month.
