Monthly birthday smart campaign

Hi there, we are trying to set up a monthly email to our customers celebrating their 65th birthday each month and have this run automatically in the background. Could anyone provide assistance on how to set up this smart campaign? We cannot manipulate the data from our CRM and the DOB column appears in the format DD/MM/YYYY. We also have their age as a data field out of our CRM. Any help would be greatly appreciated?

Hi Lee-Ann,

the simplest way would be to use a webhook to recompute the actual date or the 65th anniversary date and store it in another field. Look into the lauchpoint to find some webhook platforms. Some have a free version that should be enough for your needs.

Once you have this date, setting up the smart campaign will be very easy. Just use "65th Anniversary in past month" or "in next month".
