Module tab grayed out in email layout

We have started to work on templates that contain modules in version 2.0.  I followed Marketo's base template for this and tweaked it.  I approved the template and when I created an email, the modules were working fine.  I was able to delete, move, and add them in the layout.  I went back into the layout today and now the module tab is grayed out and I can no longer do anything with them in the layout.  They now act like regular editable areas.  Any idea why this is?  Is this a bug?  Thanks!

Hi Jennifer,

There is a bug in the UI that prevent moving modules. but you can still do this in the right column.

For us to better understand the issue you are facing, can you provide some screenshots?
