Mobile Platform Info

Does anyone know if the new "Mobile Platform Info" functionality went into production last week? I've been poking around and can't seem to find it.

Do you have the ability to add the "Device," "Is Mobile Device," or "Platform" constraints to the "Opens Email" trigger?
