Hi all,

I was pulling several smart lists this morning testing out the new filters for mobile opens and clicks. My numbers in mobile are way lower than I thought. Anyone else?

Hi Kim,
less than 1% for our last mailing (opens). That's much less than expected!

Quite curious here, which new filter are you referring to? Something on lead smart list? I dont see it

Sorry, found it. Smart list: Filter "open email", Constraint "Device". I wil surely test this

I'm seeing numbers around 1% as well.  I would have expected much higher open rates on mobile.

@Jean-Christophe, you can build smart lists and use the "Opened Email" or "Clicked Link in Email" filters, and then add a Constraint of "Is Mobile Device".

The info is also visible if you drill into the Lead's Activity Log and double click on an Email Open or Email Click activity.

Hi All,

We've discovered a product bug specific to certain mobile platforms (iOS being the primary one) that was not settting the correct value for the "Is Mobile Device" constraint.  Our tests so far indicate that opens and clicks from Android devices have the correct value.

In the interim, you can use the "Platform" constraint instead and select the appropriate mobile platforms, e.g. iOS, Android, WinPhone, RIM, etc.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  We've identified a solution and will be applying a fix asap this week.

The fix has been applied and our tests show that the "Is Mobile Device" constraint is populating with the correct values.  Please keep in mind that only open and click email activities going forward will be correct.
