Mobile Device Triggers & Filters

I just noticed this in the May 2014 release notes, but can't find any further info on it. How do I use this? (What is the name of the trigger/filter? Is there something that needs to be activated in admin?) Thx!

We've added new constraints, so for example under "Opened Email" there are new constraints called "Is Mobile Device", "Device", and "Platform".

So, you'll see these mixed in with existing triggers and filters.

Open Email or Click Email filter/trigger with a Constraint "Is Mobile Device" or "Device".
