MMS/SMS/Text Messaging Functionality

Does Marketo have the ability to send MMS or SMS messaging?  If not, any recommendations for a third party vendor that integrates well with Marketo? Please include information on whether or not the third party vendor or Marketo restricts messaging to a specific region of the world.

As I posted the other day, Twilio and Informatica SMS are the major options. I believe Informatica offers the simpler integration with webhooks.
