MKTO hyperlinks in pdfs - specific rules known?

 The hyperlink in my pdf documents always drops off after the "?" symbol in theURL. Are there specific rules for creating MKTO hyperlinks in pdf documents?

An update - Apparently I’ve run into an encoding issue with my software Adobe InDesign – it won’t take any hyperlinks with certain symbols (one of which is a ‘?’). I’m going to work with their Help desk on a workaround.

I think what you want to link to Maketo landing pages from your emails to use Munchkin to grap URl paramaters...Does this answer your question?
