Missing fields from LEADRECORDS

We are interested in the below fields. These fields are available in Marketo UI for leads but are missing in SOAP API.

Acquisition Date
Acquisition Program Name
Inferred Metropolitan Area:
Inferred Phone Area Code:
Inferred Postal Code:
Inferred State Region:
Last Interesting Moment Date:
Last Interesting Moment Desc:
Last Interesting Moment Source:
Last Interesting Moment Type:
Original Referrer:
Original Search Engine:
Original Search Phrase:
Original Source Info:
Original Source Type:

Is there a way to get these fields to be returned in the SOAP API?

There are some fields that are not accesible via APIs. I am working on getting these documented and put on the developer site.

Do you have a plan to add these to the SOAP API? If so, when?

There is no plan I am aware of. I would recommend submitting this as an idea.

Is there a plan to add these in to the REST API?

Among the above mentioned fields I see that the below are already available in REST, but want other fields available too.
