Missing Custom Column Option for Marketo People Performance Report

Hello! I'm missing the Custom Columns option for the People Performance report under Marketo Analytics. It should be showing to the right but it's just showing a Search... option. Is this a bug?

That is most likely because you do not have rights to access any of the Marketo sections that can have the smart-lists (Marketing Activities and Database) and as you would know custom columns are added via the smart lists. This is the expected system behavior in-case of missing rights/permissions.
