Missing buttons

I just installed Marketo Sales Insight and wanted to send a batch email within a lead list view and noticed that neither my "send with Marketo" nor "add to Marketo" buttons were visible in withiin Salesforce. Any ideas how to get them activated?

Did you complete the SFDC installation as described in the manual?

You may have to add those buttons to the lead view page.

I have this issue also - and I did complete the SFDC installation as described by Marketo manuals. Do I need to look at SFDC documentation to see how to add buttoms to the lead view page? Or is it outlined anywhere in Marketo doc?

You'll need to do the following: 

Setup > Customize > Leads > Search Layouts

Edit Lead List View

Select the "Send Marketo Email" item and move it into the right column. 

Save. 

Then you should see it.
