Missing "add stream" in engagement programs

I'm trying to set up an engagement program, I have one stream set up for the early stage.......however I am missing the button, to "add stream"

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Multiple streams (up to 15) are available for Select of Enterprise versions of Marketo. BCSG is running SMB - Standard
 
The Standard version can have the Advanced Engagement Add-On. Please contact your Marketo Account Executive if subscribing the module is a viable option.
