Migrating from HubSpot to Marketo - Best Practices

I'm migration our European team off of HubSpot to a Marketo instance that our North American team uses. Does anyone how guidelines or suggestions of the best way to do this?

If you do a search in the upper right for "hubspot" you will see several good threads on this. Since HB is quite a bit different in how it handles workflows, etc, I suggest re-looking at what you need to move over and what you need to replace:

  • Move Templates/Recreate Templates
  • Redirect pages from HB to Marketo
  • Recreate Forms
  • Smart Lists
  • Campaigns
  • Lead Routing Rules
  • etc..

Doing a search for Marketo Implementation should help you see the tasks at hand.
