Microsoft Dynamics and Tokens

Hi Everyone,

We have a prospect who is using Marketo and Microsoft Dynamics. Do tokens work in the same manner as they do in a SFDC to Marketo integration? Also, are there any notable fields that are unavailable via tokens for MS Dynamics? With SFDC, for example, we had to create a custom formula field on the Contact to capture Account ID.
