Merge Leads Error

When trying to merge duplicate leads in Lead Database:



I am getting an error message with every field combination I select:



Anyone have any thoughts on what could be causing this?

I am guessing it expects the first value to be a month. So 19 does not fall into the expected range of 1 to 12. I would try change the date format to mm/dd/yyyy.
