member webinar token error?

Does anyone have any ideas why this token would not be working? I'm getting an error in my send test. Any ideas would be appreciate. thank you

Kym,

That is the correct token. Is your test lead a member of the event program and is it synced with a webinar provider?

Thank you for your help. It was not listed under the "program" and I didn't catch it.

Also make sure that the flow step to send the registration confirmation has at least a 5 minute wait step so that the webinar provider can send back a unique URL and have it populate the token.
