Member Status Issue - Content Downloaded

We are counting a specific website click (to our Internal website Blog page) as Content Downloaded for an email. For some reason this campaign is marking them as Content Downloaded then Clicked. Is there a way (order of operations type set up) to stop someone from going back to clicked since Content Downloaded is our success status?

Well, you need to get to the bottom of “for some reason” because you clearly have a bug in your trigger logic. But without knowing a lot more about your setup we can’t really help with that.

 

As far as member status priority, you can set Content Downloaded to a higher (i.e. later) step value than Clicked to make sure they can’t go back to Clicked.

 

But I really can’t advise patching over a problem like this by changing step values, you should find the real cause.
